Gene Set Enrichment Analysis

Users can browse the Gene Set Enrichment Analysis result (GSEA) for different cancer types in TACCO. TACCO provides GSEA result for KEGG gene set, GO terms and gene set from MSigDB (Molecular Signatures Database). The detailed information for the enrichment analysis is listed below from which users can select a pathway of interest.

Users can select the cancer type and gene set of interest. By clicking on "Browse", the enriched gene sets (pathways) will be listed in a table.

Once users select a pathway of interest in the table, The GSEA plot will updated on the fly.

User can click on the gene set ID of interest and the detail descriptions for this gene set in KEGG database, Gene ontology database or MSigDB will be opened in a new window.
